Your body will dispose of the food way faster so ultimately it will lead to losing extra weight. Think about it, would it not be better to have food leave your body quickly then to have it sitting in your stomach for days? When you eat junk food, your body just stores it instead of using it.

So if you can start working out and eating healthy your metabolism will boost up and you will lose weight. There are so many reasons why working out and eating healthy help with weight loss and the boost of the metabolism is just the beginning. It also strengthens your heart, organs, and your overall health. So take a stand, stop eating bad foods, start working out regularly, and speed up your metabolism, so you can get the weight off you have been dying to shed!
