Intermittent Fasting Dieting

Wednesday, February 25, 2009

I want to talk to you about intermittent fasting dieting. This is a relatively new phenomenon due to a recent study that painted a very positive picture for people that eat this way. The most obvious positive effect was being able to lose weight, while still eating the same amount of calories Another one of the conclusions of the study was that people would live longer. The body was much better at dealing with health conditions and could more efficiently produce hormones like insulin that produced this type of outcome. I think that makes this diet a potential for being a great quality diet that deserves some due attention. I'm going to talk to you about intermittent fasting dieting.

The diet is relatively simple and doesn't require a lot of knowledge of biology. You have two periods of time; an eating period and a fasting period. Each period will be 24 hours. During your eating period you can eat what you want and as much as you want. There is no limitations on the type of food you can eat, so it doesn't matter if it is fattening. During the fasting period you're not allowed to eat, you can only have water.

Intermittent fasting dieting is a natural way to eat. We typically eat three meals a day, everyday and that is not really natural. If you go back in time and look at humans that were forced to hunt for food, you'd see that they'd eat when they caught something and had to fast when they didn't catch anything.

Fasting Intermittently to Lose Weight

Monday, February 23, 2009

I wanted to talk to you about fasting intermittently to lose weight. This is a relatively new way to eat that has been proven to do a lot of great things to help you. The first point to get across is that you can eat the same amount of calories on average and skill lose weight. Even though that is a great point, but there is more. People were better able to deal with stress due to an increase in anti-stress hormones being produce. People were also believe to be able to live longer because the body was much better at handling any sort of health issue. I think that makes it a significant way to eat and at least deserves a little bit of attention. I want to talk to you about fasting intermittently to lose weight.

You're probably thinking there is a catch to this whole thing if you can still eat the same amount of calories on average and lose weight. Well, there is a structure to the diet. You have a full 24 hour period to eat as much as you feel like. The next 24 hour period is your fast where you have to survive on water. The good part about this is that you can eat what you want and as much as you want, even if it is fattening.

Fasting intermittently to lose weight is actually a natural way to eat and I would argue that our body is designed to work this way. If you go back in time to the days when humans were forced to hunt to eat, well, what would their diet look like? If they caught something, they'd eat and if they didn't, they'd go without. Seems highly likely that intermittent fasting was their diet.

Easily Lose Fat With Intermittent Fasting

Saturday, February 7, 2009

I wanted to talk to you about how you can lose fat with intermittent fasting. This is a relatively old way of eating, but has been getting a lot of attention lately due to a recent study that showed some great positive qualities. People on this diet ate around the same amount of calories, yet they were able to lose weight. The study also showed increased production of hormones that were believed to allow a person to live a longer life. That makes it a very significant way of eating that many people will be interested in it. I want to show you how to lose fat with intermittent fasting.

This diet has very little in the way of structure and rules that need to be followed, which will make it easier for people to follow. You can eat anything you want, even if you know it is fattening or full of sugar. Food is up to you and you can consume as much as you feel like. The structure comes from the periods of eating and fasting. You get a 24 hour period of eating and another 24 hour period of fasting. It really is that simple.

People often ask me if they lose fat with intermittent fasting will they be healthy. I think there is a huge concern on whether this is natural. Well, if you look at past humans that were forced to hunt to eat, you'll see it's quite similar. If food was caught, they ate and if it wasn't, they went without.

The Healthy Intermittent Fasting Diet

Thursday, February 5, 2009

I wanted to talk to you about the health intermittent fasting diet. There has been a lot of media attention lately when it comes to this diet. A recent study has shown some amazing results that have made a lot of people excited about this way of eating. The first to point out is that a person can eat the same amount of calories on average, but still end up losing weight. Another amazing aspect about this is that the body is much better at producing hormones and other things that help the body be healthier. The study has shown that people will actually live longer eating like this. I'm going to talk to you about the healthy intermittent fasting diet.

The diet is really interesting for most people because it is so simple. You can eat what you want and as much as you want, even if it is known as making you fat. The structure comes from a 24 hour period of eating, as much as you want. You also have another 24 hour period of fasting, where you only can have water. A lot of people think that people are starving themselves to weight loss, but on average you're still eating the same.

The healthy intermittent fasting diet does have amazing qualities and I'd also argue that it is a more natural way for us to eat. Eating three meals a day isn't exactly natural. If you look at a human that was forced to hunt to eat. Some days they'd get to eat and other days they'd go without.
