I'm here to talk to you about how you can rid yourself of cellulite. There are a lot of women that end up running into this problem as they get older or after they go through a pregnancy. It is the cottage cheese look on the back of your legs that looks really unattractive. Getting rid of it is actually quite a daunting task that leaves many people frustrated because they just can't seem to solve the problem. There are some fundamentals to understand about your body because men don't have problems with cellulite. I'm going to show you how to rid yourself of cellulite.
There is a fundamental reason why women are the ones that end up with this problem and men do not. There is an important biological difference in the way men and women store fat. Men will have their fat stored in straight lines that criss cross. Women on the other hand will have theirs stored in clusters. That's why you don't see cellulite on men, but you see it on women. There's technically no way to get rid of the cottage cheese look, but reduce the fat so it won't be visible.
The key to rid yourself of cellulite is through targeted fat loss. Since it is on your legs, you're going to do all sorts of leg exercises. This makes the problem worse. You can't target where fat comes off. When you work your legs, they get stronger and you get more muscle. This muscle pushes out the fat even more making the cellulite worse. The key is to start eating smaller meals more often and exercise your entire body. This will force your body to target fat.
