So what is the strongest diet pill? This can be tricky because everybody is different and can react differently from person to person. I have done some research on what is the strongest. I have found out that you should always consult a doctor before taking any.

I want to talk to you about intermittent fasting dieting. This is a relatively new phenomenon due to a recent study that painted a very positive picture for people that eat this way. The most obvious positive effect was being able to lose weight, while still eating the same amount of calories Another one of the conclusions of the study was that people would live longer. The body was much better at dealing with health conditions and could more efficiently produce hormones like insulin that produced this type of outcome. I think that makes this diet a potential for being a great quality diet that deserves some due attention. I'm going to talk to you about intermittent fasting dieting.

The diet is relatively simple and doesn't require a lot of knowledge of biology. You have two periods of time; an eating period and a fasting period. Each period will be 24 hours. During your eating period you can eat what you want and as much as you want. There is no limitations on the type of food you can eat, so it doesn't matter if it is fattening. During the fasting period you're not allowed to eat, you can only have water.

There are multiple strategies for dining out. Here are a few for your consideration:

The issues around dining out are based on behavior and environmental problems. After you have decided to go out for a meal, stop. Take a minute or two and actually think about where you truly need to go versus where have been programmed to go. What this means is most of us have dining habits for lunch we end up going out to fast food that is unhealthy, fattening and ultimately depressing. Think about the myriad of dining choices out there. From Mexican to salad bars, from Chinese to freshly made deli sandwiches.

The first step in dining is to pick a wiser choice of food groups. The second step if possible is to go with a friend or loved one. The idea being just order only one meal and split it with your dining guest. By doing this you will save money, eat less and eat healthier.

The third step in dining out is before you stop and eat the meal take a second or 2 to think about what would taste better than what you are about to eat. The goal of this is to take the internal charge and desperation off of the food that you are eating. Remember, when working with strategies the idea is to be exposed to many of them and for you to choose the 3 or 4 that are best suited to you and your lifestyle. The strategies will work for all the people all of the time, however not all of the people need all of the strategies. It is up to you to choose which feel and are the most useful for you.

Another strategy is to stop when the full button hits. When halfway or ¾ of the way through the meal there will be a point when you are not hungry; when the food need has been satisfied. At this point stop eating. Put everything in doggie bags and take it home or to work so in a few hours if you start feeling hungry again the rest of your meal is available to you. Remember, it is much better to have many small meals instead of one huge meal of the same size.

1) Yo-yo dieting --- When you lose a lot of weight quickly you're typically losing a lot of lean muscle rather than body fat. Not only that, if you ever start eating a normal amount of food again.....forget about it! You just bought yourself a ticket to "fat storage city!"

It is not at all uncommon for people to lose a lot of weight initially, when they go on these diets. 3) Sedentary lifestyle --- If you're not using energy your body knows it! Your body says, "Give me a break! You're not going use the food you just ate for energy!" Instead of sending those calories (energy) to your muscles where they can be used, it will store them as fat! This doesn't mean you have to spend 3 hours a day at the gym...just go for a walk after dinner!

4) Eating garbage --- Many of the foods we eat are loaded with chemicals, saturated fats, sugars, and high glycemic carbohydrates (foods that cause our blood sugars to rise quickly). None of these are good for us! Believe it or not, by substituting a few of the foods we eat with healthier foods, we can really start chipping away at that unwanted body fat!

5) Chronic stress --- When you get stressed out your body goes into "fight or flight" mode, causing it to release a bunch of glucose (sugar) into the blood stream for an immediate burst of energy. Since you're probably not trying to run away from a lion, or kill a gorilla with your bare hands, your body is not going to use that glucose for energy. Guess what it's going to do?...That's right...store it as fat! So next time you start to feel stressed out take a few deep breaths or go for a walk.

With all these calorie restriction diets, sugary foods, and sit down jobs, many of us have become "metabolically challenged" over the years. Don't worry! Prepare to lose 10 pounds! By paying attention to the amount of food you eat, eliminating unnecessary sugar and fat from your foods and making sure you include absolutely delicious meals and snacks to keep your taste buds happy.

Most easy-to-use weight loss programs use a balanced and flexible diet. Arrange to, however, first by focusing on losing the first 10 pounds and then shoot for the next 10 pounds.

You need to lose weight by keeping track of what you eat. Cut out fats by eliminating butter, margarine, mayonnaise, oil from your sandwiches and food preparations. You don't have to write down the calorie count, but write down what you eat.

Use skim milk and make a habit to drink tea. If you insist on using whole milk at least use two percent milk in your diet. This helps cutting down on your fat intake.

Plan ahead for meals and snacks so you know exactly what you plan to eat. Last-minute choice tends to be higher in calories and lower in satisfaction.

All of the reliable and credible scientific literature done on acai is related to the antioxidant capacity and the oil composition of the berry. Companies promoting acai as a weight loss aid purposely conceal the contents of their product. They claim to provide a product in pill form that is acai. They fail to reveal what % of that pill is acai and whether it is made from freeze-dried or spray-dried powder. Acai does not possess the capacity to drive, create or stimulate weight loss. It is considered a superfood based on its nutritional profile. A superfood does not mean that it supports weight loss. The product being sold by this company does not work because it cannot work based on their claims.

If you try contacting any of the companies selling the miracle Acai diet pills, you will most likely be connected to an answering service. When you ask the service if they had a way to contact the company directly, you will probably be told that they did not have access to any phone numbers except for the toll number listed on the website. If you ask what the name of the company was for whom they were providing this service you will mostly likely find the business names to be unregistered, in other words, the company is hiding. They fail to provide a physical address, a reliable phone number to a company headquarters nor are they searchable via Google or the state they do business in.

These companies all have the ear marks of organizations involved in scamming the public. There is no recourse. In their terms of service and privacy statements they are very clear about taking the customers private information with the intent to sell and resell. In addition to this they clearly state that they will use 'cookies' an internet term of describing the act of monitoring their customers' internet use. Essentially they say that when you buy a product from them they are not only going to sell and resell all of your private information but they say that the purchase in effect creates a contract with the customer that allows the company to monitor and spy on their customers so that they may gain more private information to sell and resell.

Here is what the Terms of Service on one of the websites actually states:

1.2 Third Party List Information.

XXXX collects information from individuals when an individual provides information to a third party and XXXX subsequently purchases, licenses, or otherwise acquires the information from the third party (the "Seller"). Such purchased information may include, but is not limited to, an individual's name, email address, street address, zip code, telephone numbers (including cell phone numbers and carriers), birth date, gender, salary range, credit card information, education and marital status, occupation, industry of employment, personal and online interests, and such other information as the individual may have provided to the Seller (together, "Third Party List Information"). When acquiring Third Party List Information, XXXX seeks assurances from the Seller that the Seller has a right to transfer the Third Party List Information to XXXX and that the Seller has a right to provide offers from advertisers to the individuals whose personal information is included on the Seller's list.

In other words, it appears to be a phishing scam. Their terms of service allows them, by a "contract", to use your personal information any way they wish! Phishing refers to the process of tricking you into giving up personal details such as your bank account or credit card details, or your passwords. Phishing is prevalent on the internet today and you must be very careful of this phenomenon and protect your personal information.

The Acai Berry Diet "Free Trial" is a sophisticated "bait and switch" scheme. If you don't cancel the product after receiving it, you will be billed about $80 on your credit card for your "Free Trial". Not only that, they will bill you EVERY month about $80 until you cancel the monthly subscription. But since they promise you that you will lose 50 pounds of weight, a normal customer would probably give the product some time to see if it actually works before canceling. But by the time they see that it doesn't work, their credit card could have been charged $80-160. Some of the terms of service refuse any returns so the customer is stuck with the bill and the ineffective product. In other words, it's a perfect scam.

Always check the terms of service and privacy policies of an online store before you buy anything. A reputable store should have trust icons such Hacker Safe, McAfee Secure or BBBOnline which validates a companies' physical address, phone number which should also be listed on their home page or in their "About Us" page. You can also use a free plugin for your browser by McAfee.com called SiteAdvisor to indicate if a website is safe while you are doing searches in Google, yahoo or msn. If a website hasn't been validated, you will see a question mark, otherwise the site will have a green checkmark. Also, some sites have been flagged if they have been caught sending spam emails or using fraudulent schemes.

Don't be discouraged - there are legitimate acai berry juice companies out there. Don't let a few fly-by-night companies give you the impression that acai is an ineffective product. If acai is taken in its original juice form, (not reconstituted with water or in pill form), it is a great natural energy drink rich with anti-oxidants.

We've all seen the TV commercials with the miracle fat loss cures. The lose 19 pounds in 5 days or eat all you want and still lose weight. Some of you will just roll your eyes at them and others will want to truly know if they work but may be afraid to buy them.

Do these miracle weight loss pills work?

Are they safe?

How do you choose one?

These are all good questions and to make it even more challenging there are over a thousand different diet pills on the market vying for your money.

Tumescent Liposuction or Ultrasonic Liposuction? Consult Your Surgeon on Which Technique is Best

When considering Liposuction surgery, it is best to ask the surgeon which technique they are proficient with. Gone are the old days where the surgeons used wide tubes and sucked out the fat "dry" leaving the patient severely bloody and bruised. Techniques have improved in the past 30 years to the point where severe bruising and bleeding are almost a thing of the past. The two most common methods are Tumescent Liposuction and Ultrasonic Liposuction. These techniques are generally used in different areas of the body and require different skill-sets to perform them.

Ultrasonic Liposuction is generally regarded as the better technique for areas such as the back and thighs (among other areas). However, Tumescent Liposuction is usually the clear winner for patients and surgeons due to some of its inherent advantages.

In traditional Liposuction surgeries of the past, blood loss was a particular concern for surgeons and their surgical staff. Tumescent Liposuction was devised to eliminate this concern.
Tumescent Liposuction is a method which limits blood loss in the patient by adding epinephrine (i.e. - adrenaline) to the solution which is fed into the patient's body where the fat is being sucked out. Additionally, a smaller tube is used which also limits the amount of bruising and bleeding that the patient will experience post-surgery. Because of its ability to help minimize bleeding and bruising, Tumescent Liposuction is the most widely used Liposuction technique.

As with any surgery, there are significant side effects and even risk of death. Liposuction deaths are extremely rare (for every 100,000 surgeries there are 20 deaths) however, even when performed by a board certified surgeon, the same risks for other surgeries exist with Liposuction surgery. Since everyone's body is different, to minimize the chances for anything going wrong during the surgery, preparations need to be made. These preparations include numerous physical examinations to determine at how great of a risk the individual is.
